Website zoomed out and other issues

The whole website is zoomed out (to make it viewable reader has to zoom in to 80%. When I created the website, I set this size to viewable at 100% browser size).
currently, 80% view used to look like at 100% before this issue.
This error came after some updates.

Now, in smaller screens (13″ laptop), it does not resize at 80%. Although it does resize at 100% to fit into the screen.

See the attached pics. Actual 100% view used to look like 80% picture, in font size (I kept these sizes comparative to CNN type website). As you see, 100% pic has huge fonts.

I reached out to MOJO support as I have the paid service. They said they cant fix it as it is a theme related issue. This is what they said.
“but Responsiveness is something that is built into your theme by the coding developers that send out the theme updates. We may not be able to help with topics like files and coding directly, though you can get into contact with the HB Themes Developers”
