Warning: DOMDocument::load(): http:// wrapper is disabled in the server configur

I have all these “warming” in my dashboard and the theme is not fixing well.
For example, the content of my Contact Page is in white online, but It´s okay in edit.
And If I activate the Layer Slider Plugin more warmings occurs.
