W3C / CSS validation error (Highend 3.4.9.2)

Hi,

When checking the latest theme v3.4.9.2 (no plugins), the following are present:

1. CSS parse error: <style type="text/css">1</style>
I believe it’s caused by a dynamic script, ex. <style type="text/css">'.hb_generate_dynamic_css().'</style>'; or something similar. Only shows up for Chrome. Error not present in IE 11.

2. W3C warning: “type” is no longer needed for JavaScript and CSS when page is HTML5. Another words:
<script type="text/javascript"> should just be <script>
<style type="text/css"> should just be <style>

Granted, it will make things worse for obsolete browsers, but Highend relies on so many modern rendering techniques that an old browser will probably break it anyway.
