W3 Total Cache Error

At the top of my page I get this message:

W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hermes/bosnaweb07a/b2987/ipg.alysonbazzlecom/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.

And right underneath it:

An automated WordPress update has failed to complete – please attempt the update again now.

No matter how many times I click it, nothing happens, and the message never changes. Now I can’t do simple things like create a new menu, and I can’t upload pictures (I always get an error message). I tried to re-install the plugin, but nothing happens when I do. The page just sits there…
I can hardly do anything with my new theme, and this is AFTER I paid $50 for you to install it.
