VISUAL COMPOSER WON'T LOAD!!!

I AM GOING OUT OF MY MIND. Yesterday I installed the Highend WP theme. Visual Composer was working perfectly fine but then completely stopped working today. I cleared the cache in all browsers, tried many different browsers, and deactivated and reactivated plug-ins. I only installed theme yesterday so don’t see what could possibly be the issue. I got a quote for a wordpress support service to fix and they want to charge me $150 for help. They believe it pertains to the theme itself and think I should get a refund. I dont want to do this. Please please please help. I spent last 3 hours trying to resolve this nightmare.
