Visual composer still not fixed or installed, also need info on page creation

I have brought this up before but the problem still persists. I believe you said you need my hosting information to fix the issue of the visual composer, is this still true or can you just fix this from my admin domain in wordpress?

Also I dont see any information concerning how to create pages. I have watched the menu tutorial and see a lot of pages you have already built and then you drag them into the menu so they display on the main page, but I am new and would like some information on how to build pages so that i can have them linked to the menu and be able to have my customers go to the pages. AKA Main menu, about me, shop, mens, womens and so forth. Please assist me with this as soon as possible.

Also for some reason, the menus i have created that are on the front page are not the same color. Main Menu and About are permanently greyed as if the cursor is already hovering over it but the shop button is dark grey. I would like the other buttons like the shop button; Dark grey normally but when hovering over it it changed to light grey (as the main menu and about button are now) I hope this makes sense. I will attack a photo.
