Visual Composer – Live Drag & Drop Page Builder plug in won't install

I’m not able to install this. I’m getting the following error message:

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /hermes/bosoraweb084/b608/ipg.inspiredconcretecom/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/

Plugin install failed.

I have tried looking for this plugin in case it was already installed – I can’t find it. I also put in a support ticket on this issue. Thanks in advance for any help. Also, sorry for duplicating a previous post, but the replies were marked private.
