Visual Composer is 'blank' and cant customize

I’ve extended my memory as described in the sticky post. I don’t know how to uninstall my shopping apps. Also, my customize changes show in the edit window, but it goes back to previous settings after saving. Finally, I want the footer removed. I only want copyright. None of the settings I’ve tried have worked.
