Visual Composer installed but problem

Hi,
I have Highend4.0, installed visual composer. Still asking to install, but then it’s say failed, because already exist. It’s somewhere in + wp-content/plugins/js_composer/
-I can’t find it-

Not with the active plugins
also has these options:
Begin installing plugin | Dismiss this notice

should I just simply dismiss this notice?
how can I find my visual composer?
