Visual Composer doesnt work since theme update

I just updated my theme and a few pages broke, they show grey areas and the css is all messed up. I tried doing everything I could think of, i deactivated all my plugins and one by one re activated them and it seems that the visual composer that came with the Highend theme I bought is the culprit, Im not sure what to do now, since the visual composer came bundled with the theme.
