Visual Composer 4.3 not friendly with Aegaus Theme

Hi,
I just updated Visual Composers to 4.3. My problem is the 3 columns content is not aligning in one line. The first two columns stays in one line but the 3rd column gets pushed down. This is happening with with 2 and 3 columns modules. I reached out to Visual Composer devs and this is what i received:

“Make sure you have a theme that coded according to WP guidelines. you should have wp_head(); body_class(); and wp_footer(); functions calls in your theme (at least). We rely on them.”

Also, i know you are probably tired of hearing this over and over but when are you planning to release a new version? Any date? I feel as its taking too long to get updates and I should find an alternative solution. The support here is great but it seems to becoming slower.
