videos in tabs and tours not showing in chrome

Hi
I have a membership site with many videos on it. Many of them are posted within tabs and tours. My members have told me that the video does not show in Chrome. This is a screen shot of what i see. The sound of the video plays, but no image. Others have described it as the image is frozen, they press the play button, but nothing happens. This occurs on desktop and tablet, but I haven’t seen it on mobile. Can you help me with this? Thank you.
