Video on Homepage

Hi,

How do I put a video as the very first part of my homepage using a static page? I currently have a slider and instead would like to use a video. I see options to embed a video from an outside source; however, I would like to use a video I have uploaded to my media folder and I don’t see the option to do that. When I try to put the url from the uploaded video, it won’t display. Also, preferably I would like to have a different video for the mobile version, that I would like to display in the aspect ratio of a phone or tablet.
