very weird problem…

Hey. So, I’m still having that strange problem where I can load websites on my iPhone 6 plus using your theme when I have wifi on my phone, but using cell data I cannot. Part of the site do not load outside of wifi.. Sometimes the mobile navigation does not work when loading the site outside of wifi. But if I empty my cache on my phone, quit the browser, then try again with wifi this time, it works perfectly. Any ideas? I’ve noticed there’s a problem with wordpress sites other than your theme as well when trying to load them without wifi..
