Using Highend Theme, Editing in the product HB screens, Trying to determine why some product information is not displayed in the detail page.

    1. I tried to use the product add fields to set up a new product.
    2. I am using categories to define the store link to the product category (working).
    3. On the Shop screen I added a custom sidebar. The sidebar widget settings were made, but for some reason they changed and no longer include all of the widget items?
    4. In the add product I added a “Description” for the item to see on the detail page. This is required for most but not all products. This data did not display on the detail page? I determined that it might need a shortcode to have it included in the page. The shortcode generator offered many different code types. I looked up the options on the theme documentation, but the button that has the code information fails to open the code documentation.
    5. Without the documentation for the codes, I returned to the Product add page to edit the custom fields to see if they were needed to insert the text for the Description. But the drop down list options are not described so I am not able to determine how to use this area.
    6. The update button is still not acting correctly, is will not refresh the edit product page, and several other edit screens do the same when they are updated.

    Troubleshooting:
I am stuck at this point because the documentation in the Theme Documentation is not complete. This goes back to my earlier support request where the setup pages do not have enough descriptive data to explain the usage of the page options. This theme has excellent potential for building great websites, but the development is hampered by incomplete instructions.
When the HB demo is used it is both good and bad. There are several pages when changed to the pages I want to have in my website, they seem to convert OK. But there are also some that stay as demo theme pages, and there is no instructions or directions to reset the theme to be one for the new website? There is no way that I could have created the new website without the demo as a starting point. The structure of the Highend theme has 111 pages of witch maybe I need to use less than half of them. But without all the pages I would not have been able to peel back the way things work using the setup and options.
I only have the theme pages for products and the shopping to solve these issues and I am done.
