Using Anchor Links with Sticky Header

I am using a layout that has a sticky header. I have created anchor links within a page which are attached to the titles of each section. When using an anchor link the sticky header is basically covering the titles. Could you please provide a simple solution, perhaps a custom CSS, to create an offset that can accommodate the sticky header?
