User's FrontEnd Editable Portfolios?

Hello,

Can i build FrontEnd editable and manageable Portfolio templates for my users in Highend theme?? May be it’s possible with BuddyPress plugin? or something else… That Users be able to register FrontEnd and make their own portfolios (Profile pages) themselves not to go to the WP Backend admin dashboard.
