Users can still register with Coming Soon Mode enabled?

Hi,

I was looking to understand how people are still registering on my site if my coming soon mode is enabled.. I checked to see what the site looks when I am not logged in as the admin and the coming soon mode looks just like it is supposed to. So I’m curious as to how they are still registering. From what I can tell, it looks as if they may be spam user accounts, but it still makes me wonder where they are entering from. Any help would be great. Thanks
