User registration and database plugin

Hi,

This might not be a question for your theme since there seems to be no preinstalled plug-ins like this in Highend. But hopefully you guys can still help me. Would appreciate it a lot.

Could you suggest the best plug-in/s to install for user management where I can:

• have my visitors undergo registration and then
• they can create and manage their own profiles
• manage my users’ roles and restrictions in the backend
• manage the database esp that I can extract their details like email addresses
• easily integrate with forum (bbpress/buddypress) and woocommerce
