Use a single design from different demo

Dear HB Staffs,

I’m designing a website about digital marketing and create websites for my customers. From this purpose, the minimal-demo’s contents is very relevant. However, I don’t want the minimal layout because my business needs more interactive and colorful.

Now I’m using one-page demo as the main design. However, I like a ‘contact us’ page in minimal demo or https://hb-themes.com/themes/highend/minimal/contact-us/

How can I merge those two demos?
