url problem

I hope this is something simple that I’m missing, but when you search for my blog or put the link in somewhere it says the name of my site twice after the name of the post. I changed the name of the home page so that it’s long so people wouldn’t see the double name. It was coming up simplelifemom.com/simplelifemomsimplelifemom instead of the tag line.

Tag Line: Natural Beauty and Homemade Everything

I didn’t know if this is a theme issue, a wordpress thing, a godaddy setting…. please help
