Upgrade to Highend version 2.0 failed

    Hi, I got an email from you asking me to upgrade to version 2.0 in order to sort out the Essential grid problem. Whenever I try to upgrade the Theme I get this error

    Download failed. transfer closed with 6815951 bytes remaining to read

    Could you tell me how to proceed
