Upgrade Aegaeus Theme and Revolution Slider

I purchased the Aegaeus Theme late in 2013. Included was the Revolution Slider. My website is running version 3.0 of the Aegaeus and version 3.0.95 of Revolution Slider. Latest version of Aegaeus is 4.0 and Revolution Slider is 4.2.5. I would like to upgrade both to latest version but I’m concerned about causing problems with my live website. Please advise as to what I should do to upgrade.

BTW, Revolution Slider states the following to upgrade:

Since Version 2.3.3
•Simple Click on the Update Button in the Backend (Screenshot )
•Select the latest plugin zip file
•Click on Update and your Plugin is Up to Date

My problem is I don’t know where the latest Revolution Slider Plugin zip file is because HB-Themes installed the Aegaeus Theme and included plugins for me.
