updated and now header is huge

I have the highend theme and after updating I have a few issues.
My header on all my pages is gigantic now. I’ve gone to the HE menu and made it small and it still displays huge. Nothing seems to change it back to small.

Also, on my commerce page I have an error that I cannot figure out…

All I did today was go to my host and update my PHP to 7.3 and update my Highend theme. Now it’s acting up.
