Under Construction mode not showing in Chrome but is in Firefox

I’m helping my husband set up his site at http://www.theravengallery.com and we noticed that the under construction mode he created shows up fine in Firefox, but we get an active template in Chrome and Safari.

We logged in on Chrome and the under construction mode wasn’t active, so I turned it on and saved it (it was on and active in Firefox at the same time). I cleared my cache and it is still showing the live site and not construction mode. I’m totally stumped.

Any ideas on how to get the construction mode up and running on Chrome and Safari?
