unable to properly load site on iPhone 6 Plus

My website was working properly up until today. Not sure why, but the website doesn’t work on my iPhone when I try to load it without WiFi. Any thoughts? Sometimes the mobile menu button doesn’t respond. The animated icons don’t appear other times. It’s very strange. If I delete cache on my phone, and use Wifi, it works. But if I try to load it in safari on my iPhone 6 Plus without Wifi, it doesn’t work.
