Unable to increase "wp memory limit" and "max exucution time"

Hello,

I seem to have a problem many other people he experienced to.

After installing the Highend theme and installing the plugins, the system diagnostic keeps telling me to increase the memory limit and max execution time for the wordpress blog i’m hosting on bluehost.

I have read help pages about it and tried everything mentioned there.
The memory limit in the php.ini was alredy sat at 120mb so i tried to add the line:
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’96M’ ); to wp-config and then reseted highend to default setting, but it’s still showing the same problems.

Could you please help me fixing that as fast as possible?
