Unable to import demos into wordpress

Hello,

I have the Highend theme and am having difficulty importing demos into wordpress. Each time I try it says : “Demo Import timed out and did not finish successfully. Would you like to retry the import”. I have retried multiple times without success. I have installed all necessary plugins for the demo.
