Unable to change an area’s color

Hey guys,

I’ve tried everything and looked through these forums…I can’t get this one green section in the middle of my homepage to change. I’ve got the Color Customizer selected in my Highend Options.

Then when I run the customizer, there are no elements that have that green color selected. Should it be changed in another place or is it just not working?
