trouble installing highend theme

when I made the purchase and downloaded there appeared to be 4 separate files – none that were highend-wp or whatever. I installed the main one overwriting houzbook.com and now the installation seems only partially to work. Can not install required plugin or demo and cannot adjust header image, etc.Thanks. Paul
