Top-right Dropdown Menu customizing ??

    Hi,
    How can i customize Top-Right dropdown menu ?
    I need that “my account” button in this menu never goes to WP- admin backend. I already have “my account” page on my website for and i need this link make to go there.

    Can you assist ?
