Top Page Margin/Padding

Hello,

My apologies if this has already been addressed…
There is white space/area between the logo/menu area and the first item/picture of my home page that I can’t seem to remove. How do I get rid of it?
Please see the attached image. It’s the white space between the “TLAC” logo area and the picture below it (that includes text “Lebanese Festival… March 14 & 15…”),
