Top Header Help

Hi,

Really need your help on the top header. There’s a drop down for you to login + register etc. Recently i bought a plugin – Userpro (http://codecanyon.net/item/userpro-user-profiles-with-social-login/5958681), and would like to integrate it with the theme. Is there any way i can add these into the drop down? e.g. My Profile, Upload posts..)

Otherwise, do you have any suggestions how i can integrate this to my site?
