Top Bar With Special Header?

Hello,

Is it possible to have the top bar visible with the Special Header style? I would like the solid top bar to appear as it does on the rest of the site and then the special header to be underneath the top bar. So the top bar should be sepearate from the special header where the nav is overlayed on top of the layerslider.

Note: I’m still working out the design of my special header so it doesnt look very pretty. Was just curious if there was some custom CSS or something I could add to have the top bar also be visible above the special header.
