Top Bar Right Widget Login

Hello

When I try to use the “register” link in the Login widget, it always comes back with “suspected bot” and doesn’t let me register. I try incognito, using different emails, usernames, etc.

Can I just get rid of this “register” link or point it to my regular login page? I don’t know how to tell where it’s going anyway.
