Title colors/size?

Hey guys, I am in love with the highend theme so far but I was wondering if there were any ways to change the font size/color of the included titles. I am referring to these: http://demo.hb-themes.com/?theme=Highend

I would like to change the color of these titles to a custom color instead of “dark” and “light.” I would also like to change the size as well as the included ones are a bit too small for what I am trying to accomplish. I assume that I would need to go into the CSS file but I’m not sure exactly which lines I would need to change and what to add. Thanks.
