Title Background color

Hello I am having problems changing the background color where the page’s title is located I tried the Custom css posted on a similar post but it did not work

the title background color that I would like is #7a7a7a

and the color for the title would be white, please let me know how could I be able to do this as I don’t see any options to customize this section, Thanks in advance!
