Title and Tagline Won't Show

Hello,

I have tried to customize my title and tagline and they will not show up. I’ve uploaded a logo as well as a featured image for my blog page and there is no title or tagline at all. I’ve checked the box for custome title and tagline, filled in all the information, checked the boxes, and I have no idea what to do. My featured image shows up and my logo shows up. Nothing more. I’m quite frustrated. Please help asap. I go live very soon. Thank you!
