Tile / Card design layout

Hi Noda

I’m very keen to change the look of my homepages into the more modern card approach, like Accenture (great example) or University of Essex.

I can’t find an element that will allow me to create this design. Can you advise on how to achieve this?

And instead of the icon boxes, I’d love to create an image with a off white text box superimposed.
