Thumbnail issue

I have having issues with changing the size of the product thumbnails. I can change the size and Aspect ratio of the picture in Woocommerce but the changes don’t become effective. I have tried Plugin, Regenerate Thumbnails but no luck.
Need your help.

I had posted this question in the forum 4 days ago, but no reply. Obviously I am disappointed at HB Themes and Woocommerce.
