Theme issues on WordPress platform today. Not loading. Any others with issue??

Hello,

I just spoke with a representative with Bluehost and they tried many solutions, and nothing would make the highend theme work. We were able to use theme twenty twenty-three, but cannot get highend to work at all.

We are using WordPress 6.1 and tried to back down to 6.0.1 with no help.

Please help as we would like to continue to use Highend and not change themes.
