Theme installation via Bluehost hosting issue

I tried to install Highend theme via my Bluehost hosting but I have got an issue like “It could not install or it could not install and activate”. Please helps. I also informed Bluehost support. They also still working on it but take long time. I also tried to install on my localhost I work properly… Whhat should I or bluehost do…
