theme crashed on new ecom site in development

im on Bluehost and have hit a deadend with their support.
I bought your theme from bluehost for a new ecom site. it has crashed and will not load the homepage and other pages. it is 4 weeks old.

they do not provide a license key or a way to download the purchased theme like envato. So they have told me to contact you directly to give me a zipped version of the theme to reload. (which is what I bought from bluehost to begin with) I do not know why they do not reload the latest version of the theme?
