Theme Contact Form

Hi,
I am having a problem getting the contact form to send when I click on the submit button in Aegaeus. I found this thread “https://hb-themes.com/forum/all/topic/contact-form-not-responding/” and downloaded the zip that you told him to add to the includes. I’ve done that but it still isn’t responding, so I went in to the editor and found the contact-form.php (includes/contact-form.php) and found this:
<?php _e( ‘Submit Message’ , ‘hbthemes’ ); ?>

Since there is no how to in the docs on setting up the contact page, or I’m just blind and don’t see it (that could be the case) Should I replace the “#” with the email address that submissions need to land at?
