the Required Aegeus Chat Plugin will not install

    the Required Aegeus Chat Plugin will not install and I cannot proceed to modify my other plugins until this issue is resolved. please help. the screen reads as follows:

    Installing Plugin: Live Chat Plugin
    Your site is currently displaying a “Coming Soon” page. Once you are ready to launch your site click here.
    The plugin does not have a valid header.

    Destination folder already exists. /home1/engliuc0/public_html/wp-content/plugins/screets-lc/

    Plugin install failed.
