The hover box is no longer working when inside Tour

Everything was working just fine until recently. Now, the hover box looks really wacky when a user scrolls over it as it tries to flip to the other side. Feel free to check out our live site showing the problem. https://equalisgroup.org/texas-joc-program/#ATI

The odd effect does not always happen. The only time I have seen this issue is when the hover box is placed inside a tour or accordion.
