The “Coming Soon” page is stuck and will not update

    I recently installed HighendWP v4.0.1, and now the “Coming Soon” page is stuck and will not update.
    After I turned it on first time, now I cannot turn it back off, and I cannot change it!

    It does not matter what I do or what I change, if I turn it off or on, I can clear the website cache, and clearing browser data, including access from another computer that has never seen the site.

    The website is stuck with the “Coming Soon” page that was initially turned on.
    EVEN if I activate a DIFFERENT theme, the coming soon page is STILL stuck on.
