Text Not Displaying Clearly on Retina Display

My website’s text is not displaying clearly on a Macbook Pro with Retina Display. The menu text gets fuzzy on mouseover, the buttons are fuzzy, and the body text is fuzzy as well. How do I fix this? I opened another ticket prior to this that was not responded to and seems to have been deleted. This is an important fix, so I’d like a response. Thank you.
