Text color light on white background; would prefer black. And one more.

Hi! This is a great theme, first off, and you guys are doing a great job.

So I’ve got this issue where my font is a light color on a white background. Anyway I can fix this universally or will I need to adjust it in the code per page? And if I will need to do it per page, do you mind providing it? I’m not very well educated when it comes to coding, but I’m learning. 😀

Also, the preview of the site looks different from the published page. Any idea why this is happening? Attached is the version I see in preview rather than what’s seen in the link below.
