Testimonial – some repeat too often

not urgent but would like to fix:

Hi on my site (bethaschmidt.com) I use the testimonials app as a “thought of the day” (to display quotations, not testimonials). I have no problems getting them set up, but very few of the quotes appear. The quote changes when I refresh the page, but there are one or two quotes that repeat a lot and most of the others you never see.

Can’t find any settings that seem to have an impact. Wondering if that’s just how it is or if I’m doing something wrong/missing something. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
